Problem making payment when trying to purchase anything

    I've made 3 orders for the special 8,500 andermant for $2.49. I received 3 separate emails saying I initiated a payment to Bigpoint GmbH. It also says i won't be charged until Bigpoint processes my payment. I paid with Amazon because I have a gift card balance on there. Under my payments for amazon it says 'Action Required' under status, details of the order say my payments were suspended. I've tried contacting BigPoint by e-mail with no response. I also called Amazon support, they told me they don't see anything in their system about this. Please help..

    You can contact Drakensang Online support by filling in this contact form, or Bigpoint support through this form - but not directly via e-mail. If your inquiry is successfully submitted, you will receive an auto-reply as a confirmation and our Customer Care Team will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

    Since we are unable to assist you with payment matters on the Forum, I have to ask you kindly to use one of the contact forms linked above to have this issue looked into.

    Hello Dominion666,

    I assume you are referring to the Payment contact form - which requests specific and correct transaction details in order to submit it.

    Please try filling in a General inquiry contact form instead. The details you will need are:​
    • Your username - which is the name you enter in order to log into the game;
    • Your user ID - this is an identification number assigned to your account, which can be seen after logging into your account in browser, next to the 'Change data' section in the upper middle area;
    • Your e-mail address - the one the team will use to get in touch with you. Ideally, this is the e-mail address your account was registered on.
    An even easier way is to log into the game and access the Support button and all these details will be automatically filled in, so you have to add details of the problem experienced in the text box only, and select the type of request (again, do not choose Payment because it will take you to the same complex contact form): ​
    • Via browser: log into the game and then click on the Support link from the bottom of the page;
    • Via client: log into the game, select your server, go to the Main menu icon from the top right corner, then click on the Support button displayed on the screen.
    If you need further help with sending the ticket or run into other problems, please let us know :) .

    Ok i did, still haven't received an answer. This is really starting to irritate me, i missed out on a 80% special because of this..

    I have tried numerous ways to purchase premium and andermant. Each time i am told there is an issue and to return to the merchants site or trying a different method. I've tried Direct Credit cards, paypal, and amazon..
