what is happening

I have trz to login to the game, but imposible, diferent client version then version of server, is something goin on with servers_?

 

1. Close the game ... open the task manager and kill the "drakensang.exe" process.
2. start the game
3. Pay attention what server you are selecting at the start.

 

uninstal dso, clear cache, restart pc , instal game agein, and it works

 

Uninstall will not work while the game exe is running in the background.

What Trakilaki said is best but I think the changed the name to dro_...exe

If you re oot your pc it fixes it also just incase you where wondering. Just not the fastest way to fix.

 

Why don't you read?
You only need to close the "game process" ... and start the game again.
By shutting down your PC you are killing it anyway

 

Same thing happened to me. Something new is going on: error code 35, with a twist.
I had to clear DSO file twice to get it gone, but the file was still active somewhere in the background. Task Manager was empty.
Had to restart computer to kill it.

It might have been in some internet program. Firefox doesn't seem to handle the lag test well. It locks up for me at the "Allow to run" screen. IE wanted newest Java. The nefertari test site was lagging like mad.

 

I have frequent issues when closing the game (the browser is going into "frost mode") ... but that is due to the newest Java version.
I need to kill it with the task manager.

 

Ok found out something about this error.

On the thin client I am needing to update on one of the laptops I use at work. When I ran the thin client the part that checks the version timed out and stayed blank. Closing the thin client did not kill the task so when I re-ran the thin client and it crashed I then located the old one in the task manager and kilt it. Running it a third time (charm) it took 2 minutes to check the version and update.

This might have been the reason for you problem. If it does time out checking version it will not update the thin client.
