Installation Error

Hi there I'm trying to install the game, and for some Internet problem, the download stopped and now I can't get install it again. Every time I uninstall the game and I install again, it says that the Client stopped working. Any moderator can help me please?

 

The problem might be that you still have the game running. Do this right click on time choose taskmanager and look for thin client or Drakensang.exe or dso_pro.exe. If you see that kill it. if not then maybe you should just reboot your system and try again. A reboot will kill off anything that is running that is makeing it not install.

 

When you say time, you mean, "the callendar" right? and taskmanager is the first option right? Sorry, translating to other language.

Then try restarting the client.

You can directly go to www.drakensang.com and play from browser too, there were some problems with google chrome some time ago, I play from mozilla firefox. Also make sure you have the latest flash player downloaded. while the game starts it might ask you on the left side of your address bar if you want to allow the game to run. choose "always allow" and continue.

Tofueater read this guide ... you have all you need to know under "game information" and "technical assistance".
First thing you need to do when installing the client is to check if your Windows account has been set as administrator.
When installing the client right click on the .exe file and choose "run as administrator".
The installation can't be interrupted by "internet problem" ... you need to download the exe file first and install it after.
First thing you need to do if the issue continues (and you have done all the previous steps) ... uninstall the client (if installed) and clean the TEMP folder ... then install it again.
If you want to play in browser you will have to go to www.drakensang.com but you need to have a Flash and Java plugin for browser installed on your system. One more thing ... don't use chrome ... use firefox.

The task manager in Windows OS ... shortcut "ctrl+alt+delete" or you can right click on the task bar and choose it from the menu.
