Paid for premium membership with Karma Koin... have yet to recieve it in game

    My premium membership that I purchased with KarmaKoin via the Dragonsang website Has not shown up in game. If I goto the website, it says I'm premium until 9/29/15. I also purchased 4,000 Adamant with the remaining balance on the KarmaKoin card on the Dragonsang website, this also hasn't showed up in game.
    I try to fill out a payment support ticket, but there is NO option for Karmakoin. (crappy service)
    Besides, this isn't a payment issue as The payment was sent and received as verified by KarmaKoin. this is a GAME issue as the items were paid for successfully, the game just isn't delivering them.
    Explain and fix!
