What should I focus on?

My DK is now level 40.
I have 6100 Health
1200 Armor
1000+ resists
What should I focus on?
Should I increase armor and reduce some Health?
or increase resists?
I don't know what would be a more balanced combination.
Currently I have a level 34 legendary sword and a level 40 extraordinary shield, and a level 37 extraordinary two-handed sword.

(btw, I found 2 legendary two-handed swords earlier both of them level 39 but they were sub-par compared to my extraordinary sword, so I melted them)

Right off the bat your armor seems low for level 40. Your block rates and reduce might compensate for that but we don't know w/o the numbers.

Your resists are good if they're coming from gems. If the reason you have 1000+ resists is due to equipment, well, i feel it is better to get armor from gear and resists from gems.

I don't have many gems. The resists are coming from gear. I seems to find too many gear with mostly resists

 

Nice lvl 34 Broad Sword you got there..

 

if you plan on going 2h will need more armor for shure, both weapons are decent ones.
hp is reasonable, armor is too low and your resist for your lvl is high
your sheild is a piece of crap, try to find atleast a pink one with 2-3 block rate increases

sigri hard would be a good place to look for new gear and the moon event-could try to get a sheild there

 

Thanks. Yesterday I found a slightly better two-handed pink axe. Has increased my DPS by 20 something and has 4 gem slots.

I didn't think my shield was crappy. But, they are quite hard to come by. This is the only pink shield I found from level 35-40. Believe me, I have farmed weeks on Temple Sector. I have found many other gear of pink and the legendaries that I am wearing, but only one pink shield

 

Load up on silver ess (at least 10K, but 20K is better) and event scrolls and do the monthly full moon werewolf event. The werewolf boss, vargulf, can drop an unique shield with 100% to 150% block rate increase, plus damage bonuses. It is probably the most gettable blocking shield post r139.

The vargulf boss is stunnable. with 2 or 3 dk on the team with 3 stun attacks each using teamwork to the vargulf wolf boss stunned, the wolf can be easily killed without getting into a rage frenzy.

 

Thanks. I tried the full moon event. There is no way I can solo these wolves.

 

yes, you need a group. ideally you would have 2 dks, each with 3 stun attacks (iron brow, ground breaker, charge with the stun talent), plus at least one mage to cast singularity for moonhowlers and mobs.
